Herbs, spices and vegetables are flown directly from Thailand and quality meat and fish are sourced locally from Shaws Fine Meats in Comely Bank and Eddie’s Seafood in Marchmont, Edinburgh.

The Thai Orchid is a healthy choice for oriental food as M.S.G is never used in the preparation of any of our dishes
